Terms and Conditions – PK995 Online Gaming Platform Pakistan

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry specific meanings wherever they appear:

• "Platform" means the pk995 website, mobile interface and all associated services available at pk995.biz.
• "Account" means the registered account you create on pk995 through which you access all services.
• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in your pk995 account wallet, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet been cleared.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to your account by pk995 subject to wagering and other conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume you must complete before bonus funds become withdrawable cash.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the only currency used on pk995 for all deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals.
• "Sports Bet" means any wager placed on a sporting event through the pk995 sportsbook.
• "Casino Game" means any game available in the pk995 casino lobby, including live dealer games, slots and virtual table games.
• "Verification" means the identity, age and payment verification process that pk995 may require at registration or prior to withdrawals.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use pk995, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk995 is strictly an adults-only platform and age verification will be carried out. Providing false date-of-birth information is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan with a valid Pakistani mobile number used to verify your registration.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment methods you use on pk995. You may not use payment accounts belonging to another person.
• You must not be self-excluded from pk995 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of pk995 or any of its affiliated companies.

By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and complete, and you agree to update that information promptly if it changes. pk995 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any detail at any time.

3. Account Rules

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one pk995 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any other identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and all funds within them will be forfeited.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk995 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. pk995 will never ask you for your password by email, phone or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pk995 support immediately at support@pk995.biz.

Account activity. All bets, transactions and actions taken while logged into your account are your responsibility. pk995 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account dormancy. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. pk995 will contact you at your registered mobile number before applying any dormancy provisions. Any balance remaining in a dormant account will be preserved during any active communication attempt by pk995.

Account currency. All pk995 accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of using pk995.

4. Deposits

Deposits to your pk995 account are processed through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All of these methods are credited instantly or within a few minutes depending on the method and your network.

• The minimum deposit amount on pk995 is Rs 200.
• pk995 charges no fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are separate and are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where identifiable, or frozen pending investigation.
• pk995 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used to deposit.
• Deposited funds are held in your account wallet until wagered or withdrawn. pk995 does not pay interest on account balances.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pk995 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same pk995 account, subject to verification.
• pk995 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are approximately 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, one to two hours for NayaPay and SadaPay, and two to six hours for IBFT bank transfers. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals typically take one to three business days.
• Before processing any withdrawal, pk995 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals requested from bonus funds that have not yet cleared wagering requirements will be declined until the requirements are met.
• pk995 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. This may temporarily delay processing. You will be notified via your registered contact details.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours. Requests submitted outside those hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next business period.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pk995 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer as well as the following general conditions:

1. Wagering requirements. All bonus funds credited to your pk995 account carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific requirement is stated in the promotion terms for each offer.
2. Game contributions. Different games on pk995 contribute at different rates toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%. Live casino games, including live baccarat, live roulette and Teen Patti, may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
3. Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
4. One bonus at a time. Only one active bonus may be held in your pk995 account at any given time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
5. Abuse. pk995 monitors for bonus abuse including coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, low-risk betting patterns and multi-accounting. Any account found to be abusing the bonus system will have its bonuses and any derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.
6. Changes. pk995 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered in good faith.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

Minimum and maximum stakes. Each game and sports betting market on pk995 carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed in the game interface before any wager is placed. pk995 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

Bet acceptance. A sports bet on pk995 is not confirmed until you receive a booking reference and the bet appears in your account bet history. Do not assume a bet has been accepted based solely on the presence of a stake amount on your screen.

Errors and technical faults. In the event of a technical error, game disruption or obvious pricing error, pk995 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be paid. pk995 will communicate with affected players through their registered contact details.

Live betting. In-play bets on pk995 are subject to additional acceptance latency. A bet placed during live play may be accepted or declined based on the state of play at the moment of processing. Accepted live bets are binding.

Casino games. All casino game outcomes on pk995 are determined by independently certified RNG systems for software games and by real physical equipment for live dealer games. Game results are final once a round is complete.

Disputed results. If you believe a game result or bet settlement on pk995 is incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the relevant transaction by contacting support@pk995.biz. Disputes raised after that period may not be investigated.

8. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at pk995 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated system to interact with pk995 games or the betting interface.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or glitches in pk995 software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players at live tables to gain an advantage over pk995 or other players.
• Using pk995 to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Opening accounts under false names or providing fraudulent identity documents.
• Conducting coordinated or arbitrage betting strategies that conflict with the spirit of the markets offered on pk995.
• Attempting to access pk995 systems or data without authorisation.
• Using another person's payment method or account details without their knowledge and consent.

pk995 cooperates with law enforcement agencies and financial institutions in the investigation of fraudulent activity. Accounts involved in confirmed fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

9. Security and Verification

pk995 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-fraud and anti-money laundering obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, before any withdrawal or at any other point at pk995's discretion.

Documents that may be requested include: a copy of your valid CNIC (both sides), a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of your registered payment method, and proof of address if required. Documents should be submitted through the secure upload portal in your pk995 account. Do not send identity documents by email.

Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal holds until verification is successfully completed. Funds are not at risk during a verification hold — they remain in your account balance.

All data submitted for verification is handled in accordance with the pk995 Privacy Policy. Your documents are not shared with third parties except where required by law or by financial compliance obligations.

10. Privacy and Data

Your use of pk995 involves the collection and processing of personal data including your name, mobile number, transaction history and gameplay data. This information is collected solely for the purpose of operating your pk995 account, processing transactions, preventing fraud and meeting our legal obligations.

• Loss limits — cap your maximum net loss over a defined period.

12. Limitation of Liability

pk995 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, pk995 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions or security incidents at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk995 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or revenue arising from service interruptions or technical errors not caused by pk995's wilful negligence.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of pk995 even if pk995 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Events outside pk995's reasonable control including telecommunications failures, natural events or third-party payment processor outages.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk995's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by pk995's negligence.

13. Suspension and Account Closure

pk995 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe after a formal request.
• Where pk995 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.
• Where the player has requested voluntary closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, pk995 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, those funds may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a player's breach — for example at pk995's commercial discretion — any genuine balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@pk995.biz. Any real money balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded after verification is completed.

14. Changes to These Terms

pk995 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address associated with their account, or by a prominent notice on the pk995 platform, at least 14 days before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of pk995 after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using pk995 and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
